Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

Kasa Learning Academy is operated by Kasa Foundation. By creating an account, applying to a programme, or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should read them with you.

Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in details private. Some programmes have age, location, or cohort requirements; places are limited and admission is confirmed by Kasa Foundation. Accounts may not be shared between people.

Acceptable use

To keep the Academy a safe learning space for young people, you agree not to:

Learning materials and your work

Course materials, guides, and downloads remain the property of Kasa Foundation and its partners. Public Kasa Future Makers resources are shared under the terms on our Copyright & Licensing page. You keep ownership of the work you create; by submitting it you allow Kasa Foundation to review it, give feedback, and — with your permission — feature it in showcases or storytelling.

Third-party tools

Some programmes use external platforms such as Moodle, MakeCode, CodeMonkey, or partner competition sites. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and Kasa Foundation does not control them. Availability of any third-party tool can change.

Suspension and changes

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other learners at risk. Programmes, schedules, and cohort dates may change, and we may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.

Availability

The Academy is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep it running reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and learning outcomes depend on participation.
