Kasa Foundation is building a pool of young adults across Africa who can support in-country workshops, mentor learners, and help bring Kasa Future Makers programs to schools and communities. Selected applicants complete facilitator & mentor training through Kasa Learning Academy. After training, eligible participants may be considered for future workshop support, mentoring, and in-country program opportunities.

One connected pathway of three progressive stages — from first steps in coding to hands-on physical computing.
Guided introductions to coding, sequencing, logic and problem-solving.

Hands-on physical computing, programming, electronics, experimentation and project creation with BBC micro:bit.
Competition Pathways
After foundational skill-building in Kasa Code Club, learners may progress into one of two specialized pathways.
Prepares eligible girls for the Technovation Girls Competition through technology, innovation, entrepreneurship, app development and pitching.
Prepares learners and teams for the CREATE African Grand Challenge through robotics, engineering design, teamwork and challenge-based projects.
